Sonia Hill was born in London. She studied at Maidenhead Art School for 3 years.

 

Sonia had three of her paintings accepted and hung at the Royal Academy.

Three other paintings passed in 1993.

 

In 2000 her painting of Quentin Crisp while hanging at the Royal Academy was bought and nows hangs in Vancouver. 

 

In 2001 - 2005 several of her paintings were sold at Christies ( Art for Life )

Sonia has exhibited in Richmond, Spain and London.

 

Her painting "Jack the Lad " was published in the Royal Academy magazine in 1993.

 

Sonia is mentioned in  three "Who's Who" book of art.
